Guideline

Important: Please note the following points and make sure that the following information is correct as required by the publisher before submission of revised documents.

• Mention Name, Affiliation, and Email ID of all authors in Publishing Agreement Form and Paper.
• The name and order of authors should be the same in the Publishing Agreement and Final Paper.
• Mention the corresponding author name in Publishing Agreement Form and Final Paper.
• The title in Publishing Agreement Form and Final Paper must be the same.
• Remove Mr./Dr./Prof. etc from the name of the authors.
• Affiliation should contain only the name of the department, name of College/University, City, and Country (Do not include post/position).
• All the references must be cited in the text in the order in which they are used.
• Put the Signature of the corresponding author and Date in Publishing Agreement Form.
• Please fill Publishing Agreement form, print it, sign it and submit a scanned form.
• The maximum length of the paper must not exceed 12
• Do not include the page number at the bottom or top of the paper.

Please carry out the following steps to submit the camera-ready paper and online registration:

• Registration Process:
  
  • Go to https://iict.kuet.ac.bd/icictd2022/registration-fee
  • Fill in details and complete the payment process. Note down the transaction ID and take a screenshot of the completed window.


• Camera Ready Submission:
  1. Convert your paper to the Springer template using the following template:
     • Word Template Download
     • LATEX Template Download
  2. Click here for camera-ready paper submission in Microsfot CMT
  3. Upload the .zip file (file name ICICTD2022_PaperId.zip) and send to [email protected], [email protected] and email subject should be(ICICTD2022_PaperId-xxxx) containing the following:
     • PDF of the revised paper.
     • Reviewers’ comment(s) response (if any).
     • Source files (Word OR Latex source files including any macros that you have created).
     • Payment proof (PDF of payment receipt).
     • Publishing Agreement (PDF).Download Publishing Agreement.
     • Licence to Publish Proceedings Papers. Download Licence to Publish Proceedings Papers
     • Permission Request Form (if required). Download Permission Request Form.
     • Full-time student certificate (if you have registered in the student author category).
