He has started his journey  in healthcare system in 1991 as apprentice electro-medical engineer  and completed his post graduation training in clinical engineering in 1994 at NICVD-H, Dhaka, Bangladesh under the supervision of  clinical engineering team (Japan). He has joined at NEMEMW &amp; TC as assistant engineer (electronics) in 1994. He worked in many hospitals to implement hospital equipment management up to 2001. To improve the performance, outcomes of vaccination program in Bangladesh he was deputed to EPI Program and here he served as senior cold chain engineer. Meanwhile, he has completed his post graduation diploma in CSE as well as completed MSc in Biomedical engineering in 2001 and 2010 respectively. He worked as section in-charge ( electronics, electrical, x-Ray) at NEMEMW &amp; TC. Besides, he worked as technical manager (training) from 2011 to 2014. He also served as bio-medical engineering consultant at management for heath sciences (USAID) program. Now he is serving as technical manager (repair) cum chief technical councilor at NEMEMW &amp; TC as well as other heath facilities.  He has been serving as CE\/Biomedical Engineering (BME) Manager under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare since 1992. He helped the start-up of CEAB in 2017. During COVID-19, Anwar and his colleagues have faithfully served the MOH, the CE\/BMEs in Bangladesh, and patients in his country. As a result, they have achieved MOH recognition calling for placement of many CE and Technician positions in hospitals. Anwar also completed his PhD in CE during this time, analyzing how many CE\/BMEs his country will need.
